IMPORTANT – UPDATED ERROR MESSAGES

Trividia Health has implemented a correction for TRUE METRIX Self-Monitoring Blood Glucose Meters. As part of its ongoing commitment to patient safety and continuous product improvement, TRUE METRIX Self-Monitoring Blood Glucose meters have been updated with new software and revised user instructions. The updated software provides clearer guidance by distinguishing between: E-5 – Test Strip Error EHi – Indicates a Very High Blood Glucose (greater than 900 mg/dL) If a user receives an “EHi” message, they should repeat the test using a new test strip. If the “EHi” message appears again and the user is experiencing symptoms of very high blood glucose—such as excessive thirst, frequent urination, fatigue, or blurred vision—they should seek immediate medical attention.
